LEADERSHIP PROGRAMS
The Equine-Assisted Leadership Program is an experiential, ground-based program that uses real-time work with horses to transform how leaders show up, communicate, and collaborate. In a safe, non-judgmental setting, participants see their leadership habits mirrored instantly by the horse, creating powerful metaphors for workplace dynamics and generating deeper insight than traditional classroom training. This immersive development experience is designed for leaders and teams who want to strengthen presence, trust, and collaboration in a practical and memorable way. All activities are conducted on the ground (no riding), making the program accessible to all comfort and experience levels while still delivering high-impact learning.Program Highlights
Experiential Learning
Participants lead, direct, and partner with horses through a series of structured exercises that reveal patterns in energy, focus, and behavior. The horse’s honest, immediate feedback highlights what is—and is not—working in their leadership style.Ground-Based Activities
Core exercises include leading a horse through obstacles, observing and working with herd dynamics, and partnering in trust-building challenges. All activities are conducted from the ground with a strong emphasis on both physical and psychological safety.Facilitator-Led Debrief
Certified facilitators guide reflection after each exercise, helping participants connect what occurred with the horse to real workplace situations such as leading change, managing conflict, strengthening communication, and breaking down silos.Self-Awareness & Emotional Intelligence
Participants gain clearer awareness of their own energy, stress signals, and leadership presence. Horses respond directly to a person’s internal state rather than their title or authority, creating powerful insights into emotional intelligence and influence.About Mark
